Hey Launi,

I had an amazing birthing experience so I had to let you know. So I started having surges about 1:30 am yesterday morning. I wasn’t sure if they were real or not so I wait to call my husband at work until about 4:30 am they were still around seven minutes apart so I told him I’d call when they were closer. At about 5:30 I just felt like I wanted him home with me so I told him to come home. My membranes released at 6:10 so I called him back and told him to hurry (by now he was kind of panicking and me calm as ever) he gets home and got everything in the car and ready. All the while I’m calmly breathing through surges that are now 3 minutes apart. We get to the hospital at around 7:00 by the time I get changed and they check me I’m ready. My son was born at 8:53 am they only discomfort I had was at the end maybe three surges. We got lots of skin to skin time and everything went amazing.
